Tania is an EMCC accredited coach with extensive experience coaching a wide range of individuals, which has given her a deep understanding of how to work effectively with those seeking a career that inspires and motivates them. She brings a professional and structured approach to her coaching sessions providing support and a safe space for individuals looking to explore career change.

Tania is a friendly, easy-going coach with an informal, yet professional, approach. She works best with clients who are serious about making changes to their careers, and who are ready to make the most of the coaching process.

Professional Coach 

Tania is an Industry Advisor at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, coaching current MBA and EMBA students and alumni in career transition. She is an Associate of Oxford Coaching Associates and an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level of the UK European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also the Lead Coordinator of the EMCC Thames Valley Network and adheres to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, which you can access here. Tania has an extensive peer coaching network, and she continues to develop her coaching skills by attending accredited professional development coaching events and conferences, as well as having regular supervision sessions.

Professional Background

Tania is a trained policy and conflict adviser with more than 25 years of professional experience. After a rewarding and varied career, she changed career direction when in 2020, she started coaching Master of Public Policy students at the University of Oxford looking for career change.
